It takes all of us—watching, speaking up, and refusing to stay silent—to stop unlawful overreach.
About the American Center for Constitutional Enforcement
The American Center for Constitutional Enforcement (ACCE) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization fighting to restore constitutional limits on government power. We focus on enforcing—not interpreting—the text of the U.S. and State Constitutions.
ACCE exists because most overreach today doesn’t happen with consent of the people—it happens quietly, through assumed authority and regulatory creep. Our mission is to challenge that. Whether it’s a federal agency bypassing Congress or a local official stretching their power, we push back—on record, in court, and with the Constitution in hand.
We provide legal support to citizens caught in the crosshairs of unlawful policy. We educate the public on their rights and how to stand firm in them. And we file court challenges, amicus briefs, and declaratory actions to reassert that the law of the land still means something. If a government power isn’t enumerated in the Constitution, it doesn’t exist. That’s the line we draw. And we’re just getting started.
